Policies

• Rooms and suites are for double occupancy.
• Taxes are not included in listed prices
• A deposit of one nights lodging is required.
• All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card.
• VISA, Mastercard or Discover are acceptable.
• For stay in a room suite or cabin we require 30 days cancellation notice to refund the deposit less a $10 processing fee.
• For group or parties renting the entire Inn, we require 30 days cancellation notice or one nights deposit Inn rate will be forfeited.
• We are a Non-Smoking Inn. Violators are subject to a $200 fine. This is State Law.
• A covered, comfortable smoking area with wicker seating is provided on the front porch.
• Check in after 3:00 pm, Check out by 11:00 am
• No Pets Please.
• At time of reservation, we must know if you wish to include children so that we may make special arrangements.
• A home cooked full breakfast is included with all suites and rooms in the Inn.
• BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED WITH CABIN RENTALS.
